- Omega 3 Fatty Acids - 3000mg per day: EPA:DHA = 2:1 ratio (Combination of Flax and Fish oils)
- Vit. D3 - 5000 iu per day (only in the winter months or if you don't get 15 min of sunshine per day)
All supplements are not the same. Products from high quality companies are recommended.
***Remember, you cannot supplement a poor diet and expect to be healthy. Taking your vitamins and eating a donut doesn't make you healthy!
